Maria Billingsley
Maria has been with J. Hettinger Interiors for over 10 years. “I consider myself more of an emotional designer.” Her projects start at the architectural phase and she carries them through until the last accessory goes into the house. She likes the challenge of playing with interior structure and using unique material to convey her ideas.
Over the years Maria has developed her skills leading a complete design team. Her work can be seen in various magazines such as Diablo and Northern California Home and Design.
Her style is mainly eclectic and she laughs as she says, “I'll never do matchypooh!”

Robineve Cole
Robineve's design approach has been influenced by the rich art & architectural history of the East Coast and by contemporary European culture. But, contact with Asian design and the unique Pacific-rim aesthetic of the Bay Area broadened her palette. Her first careers were in textile and fashion design. “And I still use color and texture to make my clients feel good!”
Robineve returned to interior design over 19 years ago. She uses her international design background to create environments for home and office that are dramatic, welcoming, and FUN.
“As I see it, working with a designer should be a delightful discovery of new possibilities–for both of us! My clients' lives are full and hectic–their home should be their personal haven and express their pleasures.”

Christine Prince
Christine has always had a passion for art and architecture, and she has studied both in Italy and throughout Europe. She sees Interior Design as a form of living art. “When creating a work of art, an artist must convey emotions and ideas through the use of color, texture, scale and balance. It is the same in Interior Design, but the elements must also become tangible and functional; not only does a space need to look good, but it needs to feel good.”
Christine is a proud graduate of California State University, Sacramento and its FIDER/NASAD accredited Interior Design program. Though she constantly draws from her education and travels for inspiration, she feels the most important part of any project is to focus on the needs of the client, to listen and understand their desires and be able to successfully translate them into a space that is both beautiful and practical.

“The key,” says Cindi, “is to learn how the household functions, entertains, and relaxes along with their style likes and dislikes. A good design not only looks impressive but also functions well and reflects the personalities of the homeowners.”
Cindi feels the most important aspect of a design project is to always keep it fun for the client!
